Most questions are about suspension timing, protected domains, profile behavior, or Premium status syncing after checkout.

How do I stop a site from sleeping?

Open Tabzee settings, go to Whitelist, and add the domain. For example, adding example.com also protects subdomains such as app.example.com.

Why did Premium not activate immediately?

Premium activation depends on the checkout webhook reaching Tabzee's backend. Open settings again after a short wait, or contact support with your checkout status.

Does Tabzee upload my browsing history?

No. Tabzee stores settings, tab metadata, and optional analytics locally. Premium API calls use an anonymous installation ID and subscription data.

How do I export data?

Use Privacy settings for a local JSON backup. Premium users can also export analytics to CSV from the Analytics section.

Where do privacy requests go?

Send privacy questions to privacy@tabzee.site or use the general support address with Privacy in the subject.
